Case Closed: The Crimson Love Letter

In autumn, a bomb goes off at Nichiuri TV during the filming of the Satsuki Cup, a prestigious Hyakunin Isshu karuta tournament. As the building burns, Heiji and Kazuha are trapped inside-until Conan arrives just in time to save them. The bomber’s identity and motives remain a mystery. Amid the chaos, Conan encounters a strange girl named Momiji Ooka, who introduces herself as "Heiji’s fiancée." She’s the reigning Kyoto high school karuta champion, and fate pits her against Kazuha in the upcoming tournament. Kazuha trains under Heiji’s mother, Shizuka, a skilled karuta player. Meanwhile, in a traditional house on the outskirts of Kyoto’s Arashiyama district, the current Satsuki Cup champion is found murdered. Crime scene photos show Momiji was present, and scattered karuta cards surround the victim. Conan and Heiji team up with the Osaka and Kyoto police to investigate the bombing and the murder. As they dig deeper, they uncover a hidden secret tied to the Hyakunin Isshu.
