Bokura ga ita

Starting high school, Nanami Takahashi is eager to make new friends. She meets the quiet Yuri Yamamoto, who tells her about Yano Motoharu, a popular boy in their class. Yuri dislikes Yano because of his past with her older sister, Nana, and at first, Nanami isn’t fond of his attitude either. But as she gets to know him, Nanami starts to like Yano, and the two grow closer, eventually becoming a couple. Their relationship isn’t easy, though. Yano struggles to open up to Nanami-his first girlfriend, Nana, died in a car accident the year before, and she had been with an ex-boyfriend when it happened. Haunted by his past with Nana, Yano and Nanami face misunderstandings and heartache as they try to hold onto their love for each other.
