Best Student Council

Randou Rino is a scatterbrained girl who carries a talking puppet on her hand. Despite her seemingly ordinary nature, she gets accepted into the prestigious all-girls Gokujou School-and even more surprisingly, she’s invited to join the influential Gokujou Student Council, which wields more power and manages more ventures than most major corporations. As she settles into her new role, she forms friendships with the council’s exceptionally skilled members, leaving everyone to question how someone with no obvious talents or standout qualities ended up among them.
