Asteroid in Love - S01

As children, Mira Kinohata crossed paths with Ao Manaka, a quiet dreamer who loved stargazing. Though their time together was brief, Ao introduced Mira to the beauty of the cosmos-planets, stars, and the vastness of space. Before they said goodbye, Mira discovered that while a star bore her name, none existed for Ao. Determined to change that, she made a promise: someday, she would find a new asteroid and name it after him. Now in high school at Hoshizaki Academy, Mira still holds onto her love of astronomy. Excited to join the Astronomy Club, she’s disappointed to learn it no longer exists-it’s been folded into the Earth Sciences Club alongside Geology. Reluctantly, she signs up, only to receive a shock: Ao, her long-lost friend, is also a member. Reunited, Mira and Ao set out to keep their childhood promise with the help of their new clubmates. But as they soon realize, discovering an asteroid isn’t as simple as they once thought.
