In a world where traditional energy sources have vanished, the only remaining fuel is human waste. To boost production, the government implants a chip in every citizen's anus at birth, rewarding them with "juicybars"-a highly addictive narcotic-each time they defecate. Some users mutate into blue dwarfs suffering from extreme constipation, forming the underground "Diaper Gang," obsessed with securing more juicybars. Aachi and Ssipak are petty thieves who survive by stealing and selling these drugs. Their luck changes when they meet a woman implanted with the chips of every Diaper Gang member, generating massive amounts of juicybars with every bowel movement. Suddenly wealthy, the duo finds themselves hunted by both the government and the Diaper Gang, forcing them to fight to keep their fortune.
