A Certain Scientific Accelerator

Academy City is a hub of scientific advancement, famous for its espers-people with supernatural abilities that defy reality. Among them, the Level 5 espers are the strongest, and Accelerator sits at the top, even after a crippling brain injury left him weaker. Despite his cold exterior, he keeps Last Order, a young girl, close and swears to shield her from harm. Even as Accelerator recovers, Academy City’s shadowy underbelly remains active, dragging him into another conflict. When a strange woman seeks out Last Order, he faces a sinister group that has infiltrated Anti-Skill, the city’s peacekeeping force. With threats rising against Last Order and her sisters, the so-called villain braces to plunge back into the darkness.
