You and Idol Precure

Uta Sakura is a cheerful middle schooler with a passion for singing. During a walk with her dog, she meets a tiny, peach-shaped fairy named Purirun, who is looking for the "Idol Precure," legendary heroes destined to save her homeland. Purirun explains that KirakiLand, once a shining and peaceful place, has been plunged into darkness by Darkine and her Chokkiri Gang. Eager to help, Uta joins the search for kind-hearted people who might become Precure and restore KirakiLand's light. But trouble arrives when the Chokkiri Gang invades Hanamichi Town, stealing the sparkles-symbols of joy-from its residents. Determined to fight back, Uta uses the power of her song to push back the darkness. In that moment, she transforms into Cure Idol, the first of the legendary protectors.
