Wash It All Away

In the quiet coastal town of Atami, Wakana Kinme runs Kinme Cleaning, a small laundry service. Though she remembers nothing of her life before arriving here, she has spent two years settling into the community, repairing and cleaning clothes with careful hands. Each piece holds memories more delicate than the fabric itself. Wakana grows closer to the townspeople through small, meaningful encounters. The garments she cleans reveal fragments of their lives, letting her preserve their stories even as her own past stays hidden. As she works to remove stains-both visible and unseen-her daily routine becomes a quiet reminder that even without knowing where she came from, she can still find a place to call home.
