Seitokai Yakuindomo the Movie

Ousai Academy used to be an all-girls school, but with fewer students enrolling in recent years, it became co-ed. Tsuda Takatoshi, one of the first male students, now finds himself vastly outnumbered by girls. His first day starts badly when the student council president, Shino Amakusa, scolds him in front of the other members, making a terrible first impression. The delay even makes him late for class. As an apology for ruining his morning-and for various "reasons"-Shino invites him to join the student council. He reluctantly agrees, though it feels more like he has no choice. From then on, Tsuda discovers just how unusual his new school is, as he seems to be the only ordinary student at Ousai Academy.
