Ninja Slayer From Animation

Ninja were once merciless demi-gods who ruled Japan with their martial arts during an era of supposed peace. But a few committed a forbidden form of ritual suicide, preserving their souls at Kinkaku Temple to be resurrected later. Their true history was erased, and the world forgot these ninja ever existed. Now, in a future where cybernetics and digital networks reign supreme, these ancient ninja souls awaken in the dark alleys of Neo-Saitama. Fujikido Kenji, an ordinary salaryman, loses his wife and child in a ninja gang war. After a near-death encounter, he is possessed by a mysterious ninja spirit and reborn as Ninja Slayer-a vengeful executioner sworn to hunt down evil ninja. In the dystopian underworld of Neo-Saitama, Ninja Slayer wages a brutal war against the ruthless ninja of the Soukai Syndicate.
