Lost Universe

Millie Nocturne has a single-minded ambition: to become the best in the universe at absolutely everything. When she decides to try her hand at being the "best detective," she unwillingly teams up with two people who will reshape her life-Kane Blueriver, the psi-blade-wielding captain of the starship Swordbreaker, and Canal, the sharp-tongued holographic avatar of the ship’s computer. Together, this odd trio races through space, battling intergalactic crime bosses, rogue starships, and even chicken-suited hijackers-and that’s only the beginning of their wild escapades.
