Killing Bites

College student Yuuya Nomoto unwittingly takes part in a kidnapping, only for his friends to be brutally killed by Hitomi Uzaki, the high school girl they tried to abduct. Forced to drive her to an unknown destination, he becomes the prize in a deadly fight between two Therianthropes-superpowered human-animal hybrids created through gene therapy. Hitomi, one of these hybrids, uses her ratel-based speed and ferocity to slaughter her opponent and spare Yuuya from death. When he wakes up hours later, hoping it was all a nightmare, Yuuya discovers he’s been dragged into a hidden proxy war between four major Japanese corporations fighting for economic dominance. As Hitomi’s unwilling backer, his survival now depends on her performance in underground death matches called Killing Bites.
