Tsubomi Hanasaki, a shy girl who loves flowers, hopes to leave her reserved personality behind when her family moves to a new town. She wants to start fresh at her new school-this time, as someone bold and sociable. On the day of the move, she dreams of a floating tree protected by a warrior called "Cure Moonlight." Soon, Tsubomi realizes the dream was more than just her imagination when she meets two fairies, Chypre and Coffret, pursued by a sinister woman. When the woman unleashes a massive monster on the city, Tsubomi suddenly transforms into a warrior herself-becoming "Cure Blossom" to fight back. She discovers the woman belongs to a group plotting to turn the world into a barren wasteland, and now Tsubomi must stand against them. As she faces more monsters and unravels the mystery of Cure Moonlight, she wonders: Can she truly shed her timid self and find the courage she needs?
