Gushing Over Magical Girls

Utena Hiiragi lives in a town protected by Tres Magia, a trio of magical girls she admires like everyone else. One day, a strange black mascot offers her the chance to become a magical girl herself. But the offer is a trick-she’s actually recruited by an evil organization to fight the very heroes she once looked up to. Forced into battle against Tres Magia, Utena doesn’t feel guilt. Instead, she takes shocking pleasure in hurting them. As she surrenders to these dark impulses, her old admiration twists into something far more disturbing-a cruel obsession with tormenting the magical girls she once loved.
