Elfen Lied

Lucy is a Diclonius, a rare kind of human born with small horns and invisible telekinetic powers. Because of her abilities, she becomes the subject of cruel government experiments. After enduring years of captivity and abuse, she seizes a chance to escape-but her suffering has twisted her, and she leaves a trail of violence in her wake. During her escape, a severe head injury fractures her mind, leaving her with the innocent personality of a child who can barely speak. In this fragile state, she crosses paths with Kouta and his cousin Yuka, two college students who take her in, not knowing she’s a dangerous fugitive. Their kindness pulls them into a dark world of government secrets and conspiracies, forever altering their lives.
