Joe Shimamura and his friends may look like ordinary people, but they’re far from it. Joe is actually Cyborg 009, part of a team of cyborgs who fight for justice. They were all forcibly turned into cyborgs by the Neo-Black Ghosts, an organization that wanted to exploit their powers.
