A comedic action-adventure story that pokes fun at extreme eco-activism while exploring the bond between a mother and her children. In Futaba Town, Kasukabe City, the new mayor, Mamoru Shizan, publicly promotes environmentalism-but secretly leads an eco-terrorist group called "SKBE: Save Keeping Beautiful Earth." His plan involves turning humans into animals using a special drink. When Shinnosuke’s father, Hiroshi, drinks it and becomes a chicken, and his mother transforms into a panther, the Nohara family teams up with a mysterious woman named Victoria and the half-animalized Kasukabe Defense Forces to stop Shizan’s scheme.
