Casshern Sins

In a far-off future, Earth has turned into a barren wasteland, and humanity as we know it has vanished. The only survivors are sentient robots, built to last forever-until Luna, one of their own, died, and the Ruin began. Now their bodies rust away, and no repair can stop it. With nothing left but the certainty of their own demise, the robots cling to a single hope: the rumor that consuming the one called Casshern will grant them immortality. Casshern remembers nothing-not his past, his purpose, or even what he truly is. But he has no choice but to uncover the truth, or he’ll spend his life hunted by desperate robots who refuse to accept death.
